For Landlords: Rental Listing Documents Guide
To list your property for rent and ensure legal compliance, please follow these steps:

Gather and Notarize Documents:
Have two certified copies of your government-issued ID and TRN, plus Proof of Address. If you’re a company, also provide a certified Business Certificate. -
Complete Required Forms:

Customer Information File (CIF): Use the Individual CIF or Corporate CIF as appropriate.
